Ps. Felix Nana Boakye graduates from the Holistic Counselling and Coaching Institute with the Class of 2026, a milestone that crowns a career already marked by service, discipline, and a deep commitment to the wellbeing of others.
Professional Career
Felix currently serves as the National Administrator of the Assemblies of God, Ghana Ministers’ Pension Scheme, where he works closely with the Executive Presbytery Officers under the General Superintendent, Rev. Stephen Y. Wengam; the Ministers’ Pension Board, led by Mr. Emmanuel Baba Mahama, President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International; and the Management Team at the Assemblies of God, Ghana Headquarters, under the Head of Operations, Rev. Dr. Freeman Osei Tetteh.
In this role, he helps safeguard the financial future of over 7,500 ministers and their spouses nationwide. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of BNF Consult, a consulting firm specializing in financial consulting, information technology systems, and pension administration, and he brings his business development expertise to several small and medium-scale enterprises.
Career Background
Felix’s cross-disciplinary experience spans over twenty-five years in the services and manufacturing sectors, covering audit, accounting and finance, information technology, operational software implementation and support, marketing, payroll administration, and general administration.
Early in his career, he held accounting and financial management roles at several prominent institutions, including the Volta River Authority (Accra), Ghana Health Service (Accra), John Nipa & Associates (Accra), Paramount Limited (Kumasi), Cocoa Processing Company (Tema), Betty Carry Group (Accra), Empire Dwellers Realty (Accra), and Ledi Marketing & Co. (Accra). His responsibilities in these Finance and Accounting departments rangedfromAccounts Manager to Accountant, laying the foundation for the breadth of expertise he brings to his work today.
Notable Achievements
Felix’s professional journey has also included banking software deployment across Ghana, Togo, and Nigeria, including a tenure as General Manager at Logiciel Limited. He has personally founded three credit unions, reflecting a lifelong dedication to building institutions that serve communities well beyond his own. He co-authored a White Paper that pioneered the group loan concept for micro-businesses in southern Togo, and he was part of a four-member team that produced a selling memorandum to attract prospective investors for selected target markets. A research study later adopted by an SME to facilitate a private placement process in June 2003.

Felix is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, Melbourne, Australia (IPA); a member of the Institute of Financial Accountants, UK (AFA); and an Associate of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, as well as a Master’s Certificate in E-Book Writing and Publication from Write-From-Me International, Nigeria. He is credited with several Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certifications and maintains active engagement with leading professional bodies in Ghana and internationally.

Ps. Felix is rooted in local church life at the Assemblies of God, Triumphant Christian Centre, Kasoa, a growing church within the Opeikuma area, where his pastoral heart finds practical expression alongside his professional pursuits.
