Felix Nana Boakye is a seasoned entrepreneur, IT support analyst, accountant, and business consultant with over 25 years of cross-disciplinary experience spanning the service and manufacturing sectors. He brings deep expertise in accounting and finance, auditing, IT systems, operational software implementation, business advisory, credit management, investment, marketing, payroll management, NGO administration, and general management.
Felix currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of BNF Consult and as National Administrator of the Assemblies of God, Ghana Ministers’ Pension Scheme. Prior to these roles, he served as General Manager at Logiciel Limited — a leading technology company delivering cloud-based solutions to financial and non-financial institutions across Ghana, Togo, Kenya, and Nigeria.

Felix has an extensive track record in the non-bank financial sector, having supervised, trained, and deployed banking software and business advisory services to over 600 non-bank financial institutions — including 150 credit unions — across Ghana, Togo, and Nigeria over a period of more than nine years.
He was instrumental in the establishment of three credit unions: Graduate Enterprise Credit Union, Triumphant Christian Centre – Assemblies of God Credit Union, and Dams Group Credit Union. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of Graduate Enterprise Co-operatives Credit Union, Lead Consultant for Triumphant Christian Centre Credit Union, and Fund Manager for Assemblies of God Credit Union-Headquarters.
Felix played a pivotal role in an international consultancy engagement with one of Lagos, Nigeria’s largest microfinance banks, where he led data gathering for system migration, conducted training needs assessments, developed organisational training objectives and action plans, implemented training and operational structures, and established performance evaluation frameworks.
He was a co-author of a White Paper that pioneered the group loan concept for micro-businesses in southern Togo, and was part of a four-member team that produced a selling memorandum to attract prospective investors for selected target markets — a research study subsequently adopted by an SME to facilitate a private placement process in June 2003.
As Project Lead and Business Advisory Mediator at Mobitech Consult, Felix oversaw the design and development of a church management software, including its integrated financial control system and database architecture.
He has provided business advisory services, Accounting and consultancy to a range of micro-institutions, SMEs, credit Unions, real estate developers, and market associations. His broad professional network spans diverse industry players, cultivated through his management role at BNF Consults, Unique Version Limited and extensive engagement with microfinance and micro-credit associations.
