Frank O. Okyere

Mr. Frank O. Okyere is a Non-Executive Director of BNF Consult and currently the Head of the Peace Support Operations Programme at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre. He has over fifteen years’ experience in policy research, business advisory and capacity development. An expert in policy formulation and implementation particularly in volatile business environments in Africa, Frank has broad experience in Finance and Banking, Peacebuilding and institution building. He has published widely on contemporary peacebuilding and conflict management, and has also been involved in risk-assessment modeling for African governments and civil society institutions, serving as a consultant for multiple organizations including the United Nations.

Frank holds a master’s degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of London (SOAS) in addition to specialized certificates in Project Management and Leadership from both the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana respectively. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration from the University of Ghana Business School.
